A journey crafted around you The classic Northern Circuit on a budget. Four days of private 4x4 game drives through Tarangire, the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater, with full-board tented camping. This 4-day budget camping safari is an authentic, adventure-style introduction to Northern Tanzania’s classic wildlife circuit – Tarangire National Park, the Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater. You travel privately in a 4×4 safari Land Cruiser with a pop-up roof, guided throughout by a professional English-speaking driver-guide. The journey begins among the elephant herds and giant baobabs of Tarangire before heading out onto the great plains of the Serengeti in search of lion, cheetah, and the herds they follow. The safari ends with a descent into the Ngorongoro Crater, a natural wildlife amphitheatre where lion, elephant, buffalo, and black rhino share the crater floor. Nights are spent under canvas at tented campsites on a full-board basis while on safari, making this a great-value option for adventurous travelers and small groups of up to six guests sharing one vehicle.

Pick up at 8:30am from your hotel and drive to Tarangire National Park home of elephants. After a picnic lunch in the Park, home to Elephants, baobab trees, giraffe and lions, later afternoon drive back to the camp for overnight. Activities: Game drives Accommodation & Meals: Fig Campsite. Distance: 2hours and half.
Morning breakfast depart for Serengeti National Park, game drive in Serengeti, in search of large predators and gentle herbivores in which they feed. Activities: Game drives Accommodation & Meals: Seronera Campsite. FB. Distance: 4hours and 30minutes.
After breakfast, morning game drive in Serengeti, then drive to Ngorongoro With picnic lunch boxes with an optional visit Masai Village ($50 per group not included on price) and Olduvai Gorge cost USD 30 per person. Dinner and Overnight at Simba Campsite.
After breakfast, descend into Ngorongoro crater for a day game drives about 6hrs in the Crater, exploring the short-grass plains of the crater floor. This extinct volcano embraces 100sq miles alive with lion, leopard, rhino, elephant, buffalo, and many more games. Later you will ascend to the top and drive back to Arusha. Activities: Game drives. Distance: 3hours and 30minutes.
