GoAfricaBookings connects you directly with independent tour operators across Africa - you book and travel with them, not with us. To protect your journey, every operator on our platform goes through a manual compliance review before their trips are published.
We verify that every operator holds valid, active tourism licensing in their home country. Our current operators are based in Tanzania, where this means an active TALA License (Tourism Agent Licensing Authority) and full registration with the Tanzania Tourist Board (TTB) - the same standard of proof we'll require as we vet operators in every country we expand into.
We confirm that operators carry comprehensive public liability insurance covering transport and safari activities, so you're protected if something goes wrong.
Operators handle payment for your trip directly with you, so you pay their true local rate - GoAfricaBookings never adds a hidden booking fee on top.
