Take a morning flight from Zanzibar to northern Tanzania, typically via Arusha or a nearby airstrip, then meet your guide and drive to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a game drive among Tarangire’s elephants, baobabs, and other wildlife, with a picnic lunch in the park. Continue viewing wildlife in the afternoon before driving to your mid-range lodge in the Karatu area for dinner.
After an early breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the crater for a game drive. Look for wildlife across the crater floor, with a picnic lunch during the visit. In the afternoon, leave the crater and travel to your mid-range lodge near Lake Manyara or Karatu.
Enjoy an early game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, known for its varied habitats, birdlife, and seasonal wildlife sightings. After a picnic lunch, transfer to the airport for your flight back to Zanzibar.
