Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) where your guide will warmly welcome you. Transfer to your hotel in Moshi for a detailed pre-climb briefing, equipment check, and dinner.
Drive from Moshi to Marangu Gate for registration. Hike through the lush tropical rainforest to Mandara Hut (2,700m).
Leave the rainforest and trek into the open moorland zone with stunning views of Kibo and Mawenzi peaks. Reach Horombo Hut in the late afternoon.
A crucial acclimatization day. Take a short hike towards Mawenzi Ridge / Zebra Rocks (4,020m) before returning to Horombo Hut for rest and dinner.
Cross the alpine desert saddle between Kibo and Mawenzi to reach Kibo Hut. Rest early in preparation for the midnight summit attempt.
Begin the summit trek around midnight to reach Uhuru Peak (5,895m) at sunrise. After celebrating at the summit, descend back down to Horombo Hut for overnight rest.
Complete the descent through the rainforest to Marangu Gate to receive your summit certificates. Transfer back to your hotel in Moshi for a warm shower and rest.
Depart Moshi for Tarangire National Park, famous for its massive elephant herds and baobab trees. Enjoy a full-day game drive with picnic lunch before heading to your lodge.
After breakfast, head towards the world-famous Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy game viewing en route as you enter the endless plains of Central Serengeti (Seronera). Arrive in time for an afternoon game drive exploring big cats, elephants, and abundant wildlife before heading to camp.
Spend a full day exploring the endless plains of Central Serengeti (Seronera). Embark on morning and afternoon game drives tracking lions, leopards, cheetahs, and massive migration herds. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness and take in the stunning sunset over the savanna before returning to camp for dinner and overnight.
Wake up early for breakfast and descend 600 meters into the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater for a breathtaking game drive. Search for the Big Five, including lions, elephants, flamingos, and the rare Black Rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the hippo pool before ascending the crater rim and driving back to Moshi or directly to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your departure flight.
