Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha, followed by a scenic drive through the beautiful Tanzanian countryside towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon arrival and after completing the necessary check-in procedures, you will descend approximately 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife destinations. Inside the crater, enjoy an exciting game drive across the crater floor, home to a remarkable concentration of wildlife. Depending on the season and wildlife movements, you may have the opportunity to see lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, hyenas, gazelles and many species of birds. With some luck, you may also spot the endangered black rhinoceros.
