Your romantic honeymoon safari begins with a warm welcome from your professional safari guide upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, Arusha Airport, or your hotel in Arusha. Drive to Tarangire National Park for your first unforgettable game drive through one of Tanzania’s most beautiful wildlife destinations. Famous for its giant baobab trees and impressive elephant herds, Tarangire also offers excellent opportunities to spot lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, wildebeests, and numerous bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before continuing your afternoon safari. Later, drive to the beautiful highlands of Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay at your luxury lodge.
After breakfast, depart for the legendary Serengeti National Park, travelling through the spectacular Ngorongoro Conservation Area with breathtaking views of the highlands. Upon entering the Serengeti, enjoy an exciting game drive across the endless plains, home to lions, elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and, seasonally, the Great Migration. Arrive at your luxury tented lodge inside the park for dinner and a romantic overnight stay surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.
Begin the day with an unforgettable sunrise hot air balloon safari (or early morning game drive if the balloon flight is scheduled differently). Drift above the Serengeti plains as the sun rises before enjoying a champagne bush breakfast. Continue with a game drive while exiting the Serengeti toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Stop at the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater Viewpoint for breathtaking panoramic views before continuing to your luxury lodge in Karatu for dinner and overnight.
