Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or be picked up from your hotel in Moshi, where your friendly local guide will warmly welcome you. Check into your hotel and take a little time to refresh. In the afternoon, embark on a guided walking tour of Moshi town. Explore the bustling local markets, vibrant street life, craft shops, and local coffee spots to experience the daily rhythm of the town nestled right under the shadow of Mount Kilimanjaro. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel.

After breakfast, drive to the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro to Materuni village, home of the Chagga people. Embark on a scenic guided hike through lush coffee plantations, banana groves, and steep valleys leading to the spectacular Materuni Waterfall, where you can enjoy refreshing views and even take a swim in the pool below. Afterward, visit a local family-run coffee farm to experience the traditional Chagga coffee-making process from harvesting and roasting to grinding and brewing your own cup of fresh organic coffee while singing and dancing with the locals. Return to Moshi in the evening for dinner and overnight.
