Sentio Safari was founded by Marius, from Norway, and Frank, from Tanzania - what started as a friendship grew into a shared passion for Tanzania. Based in Arusha, the team designs every safari around the traveler rather than following a fixed itinerary, using private vehicles (never shared transport) and hand-picked lodge accommodations, with support available throughout the trip. The name Sentio comes from the Latin for "to feel" - the idea that the best safari is the one designed around you, not a standardized route.
